The Outcome

Scope: Tore out and replaced 100 feet of bulkhead that had been burned. Replaced and re-framed wood on the remaining bulkhead. Filled in low spots with soil and rip rap all areas that were eroding.
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) needed an environmental and civil engineer / builder who had a track record of successful construction projects in habitats with sensitive environmental needs. They turned to The Wexing Group, like several other Federal agencies already had.
